CORI Unique Endoscopist Identifier

The CORI Unique Endoscopist Identifier, or CUEI, is used to uniquely identify all endoscopists. Before you are assigned an endoscopist role you must have a CUEI assigned by CORI. The CUEI is used to identify endoscopists both within a practice and across practice sites.

In order to be assigned a CUEI, you must complete basic CORI v4 training and submit a CUEI form. CORI v4 basic training only takes about 10 minutes; after you are finished, you will be asked some basic questions. If you forgot your CUEI, please contact CORI Support to obtain it.

Start the CORI v4 basic training and complete the CUEI form.
